Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 June 2026
These terms apply to the use of DoodlePortal (www.doodleportal.com). By using the site you agree to them.
1. The service
DoodlePortal brings paper drawings to life in interactive 3D worlds on a shared screen. Free worlds are limited to a small number of drawings at a time; worlds can be unlocked with a one-time payment.
2. Accounts
An account (via Google sign-in) is only needed to unlock worlds. You are responsible for access to your Google account. Children never need an account to participate.
3. Unlocks and pricing
Unlocking a world costs a one-time fee between €2.50 and €4.50 (VAT included). An unlocked world is valid for 30 days or up to 30 uploaded drawings in that world, whichever comes first.
An unlock is not a subscription: there is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge. Prices may change for future purchases; completed purchases remain valid unchanged.
4. Right of withdrawal and refunds
An unlock is digital content delivered immediately after payment. By paying you consent to immediate delivery and waive the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Something not working as promised? Contact us via the support page — for technical problems we cannot resolve, we will refund the purchase amount.
5. Fair use
You will not use DoodlePortal for unlawful purposes and will not upload material that infringes the rights of others or is unsuitable for children. We may terminate sessions or accounts in case of abuse.
6. User content
Drawings remain entirely yours (or their creator’s). Because drawings travel directly between devices and are not stored on our servers, we have no access to and no responsibility for the content of sessions.
7. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep DoodlePortal available and error-free, but provide the service "as is". Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced on the site. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
